Any California friends, Texas has plenty of room. Come join us. We don’t have fires, much. No landslides, similar weather. Very little topography, sorry. But we’ve got coastal plains, black (soil) lands and piney woods, hill country, temperate climate, plateaus and canyons, some mountains, and a boomin economy. Just don’t don’t make it weird. We’re not that different.
