So, as a highly successful businessman who apparently had unlimited access to water to save his businesses, he couldn’t be the bigger person and share that with the citizens of the Palisades? Maybe he could have saved some homes in the area. Don’t you think?

He doesn't have the seemingly unlimited resources of the state and federal government. You want him to have the responsibility without the name nor vested power nor state and federal resources and how is that just? He paid his taxes so the government will do their part and in addition he had to do the government's job by paying for private care.
