So I’ve decided to loss my weight sampai reach my ideal one. The most challenging part in my journey is not to work out but to eat healthy, cut my sugar intake esp fizzy drink & to drink more water. So I came across sis Amira punya post. I start to read & read, makin baca makin siuk😆 this is where I gained new knowledge on how to eat healthy & try my best to adopt the suku suku separuh meal - more fibre, protein, sayur & buah.
