Back in 2017, after some deep reading on silicon valley startup scene and local market insight on healthcare- i terus jump into healthtech. Apa kami buat, we created an app to connect doctors with clinic for part time (locum) and we called it Lock’em. At one point, kami ingat this is a million dollar solution (mmg noob habis time tu 😂) but apparently after launching and running for 6 months, we decided to pivot. So what went wrong? let me spill some learning points that i wish i knew earlier
