Yesterday I received by mail a form that has been bothering me immensely. I received a questionnaire by the office of the secretary of defense yesterday. . I am retired psychologist and I have a license to practice in Michigan. After more than 25 years having this license am I getting a questionnaire asking me about my practice and who I treated in therapy ! This seems very odd that after the 🍊🤡 gets in office I receive this in the mail. Has any other therapist received this type of mail????
