I really feel like, for me anyway, being a CNA better prepared me for bedside nursing. Idk, that transition from aide to nurse wasn’t as hard because I already knew how to talk and interact with patients/staff and collaborate. Now DELEGATING, baby I still don’t know how do it without feeling like a bitch 😩😩😩
