Tried to replicate the multigrain maple SD sold in Sai Kung bakery.
Turned out the flavor is not so alike but still it smelled awesome 🤤
72-73% hydration
T65 ww & rye 20%
Lightly toasted grounded flaxseed and pine nuts 10%
Baked at 230c 35 mins, 200c 10 mins w/o a lid
