I bought an Akiya in my home town where is middle of nothing but a local train station and nature. Population of my home town is decreasing and only elderly people are left in town. I am thinking about opening a co-working office or rental office to revitalize my hometown. It’s 10min by bicycle to the nearest grocery store and 20min to the nearest convenience store. If you have a car, there are beautiful temples and cherry blossom streets, castles you can visit, where are almost no tourists↓
