(當下繃緊神經，這個客人不好惹) 我：I will come back to you as soon as possible. (不敢承諾他幾分鐘，怕到時遲了幾分鐘被客訴) 我：Would you like to have some cold drinks first? 🧑🏻‍💼：What's your name? (我愣住) 🧑🏻‍💼：Give me your name!!! (嗯…還是被客訴了)
