We need administrators who lead with this in the forefront of their minds

I totally agree! It’s really easy to say the teachers are “doing great” when you don’t see all that’s going on in these classrooms. The lack of support from administrators is why I transitioned out of the classroom and switched to therapy services. Anytime someone tells me they’re going to school to become a teacher I ask if they’re sure that’s what they want.
