I started water aerobics in Sept. 2022, wearing a size 24/26 suit. The amazing instructor had to help me out of the pool. Today I’m wearing the same style of suit in a size small. GLP1 medications are a tool, not a solution. Mounjaro has helped me achieve an active lifestyle in a way I never had before. I look at this photo and my brain can barely comprehend it.
