And it just depends on your goals! You won't have things tailored to you in a class (I'm a class instructor as well and yet to modify for the participants, but I don't assume every instructor does that)

Hi! Personally, I’d recommend against getting a trainer at a box gym. They tend not to be worth the cost. There are WAY better online coaches that are closer to $200/month. I’ve personally worked with a physique coach for about this amount and it absolutely transformed my physique even after I had made some serious progress. The sad truth is that most trainers aren’t very knowledgeable and the solution is decently straightforward.

Consistency is key. Meeting the WHO Physical Activity Guidelines which less than 20% of people do.
