When I was a kid, I was never given opportunites to explore my creativity. So, when my own daughter showed a creative streak from an early age, I’ve always tried to give her the opportunities I never got. And tonight, I took her out to try her hand at street art for the first time, with her own character design. She’s 11. (And before the fun police mount their high horses, this is in a tunnel at our local university where street art is permitted).
