Closing gifts are popular with a lot of real estate agents. We never do them. 🤷‍♂️ Instead, we invite our clients into a loyalty program that includes a monthly offer/event and other benefits. Closing gifts seem so "final." Let's stop treating closing day like the end of the relationship, when it should be the start.
