I have read mixed research on “clogged ducts”/ductal narrowing. It seems that it can either be a milk duct actually clogged with milk fat (in which case you’d use heat) OR it could be inflammation (which you would use cold).
Does anyone know how to tell which is which? What is the best recommendation for mamas who are experiencing a clogged duct other than sunflower lecithin and feeding as usual?
