Here’s what’s going down: 1️⃣ DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Programs? Gone. They’re shutting them down and calling it a “return to merit-based systems.” Translation: fewer protections in the workplace, less accountability for racist hiring practices, and fewer opportunities for us.

Schools, jobs, and other spaces don’t have to consider race when making decisions anymore. For Black students, this means fewer resources and even more barriers in education. 3️⃣ Critical Race Theory (CRT)? Banned on a new level. They don’t want the truth told. Point blank. This means less education about systemic racism and oppression,
