I got a health questionnaire from IU Health for my son's upcoming physical. When the questions include things like "Have you worked part-time of full-time as a migrant worker in the last year?", my default for all answers is "I prefer not to answer." While the intent may be to help those in need, no one should answer those questions in times like these.
