I have learnt to appreciate the mountain you're standing on. For a long time, I wanted so much to be in "the room". To be "a manager." And for a long time that that eluded me. It's only recently that I realised that I am solution-oriented, regardless. I am an idea machine. And a lot of my solutions and ideas may not have come if I had been part of the room. "Don't cry so much to be in the room, you have a much wider view on the outside."
