For my own future reference: this was the egg case at Walmart, Baraboo, Wisconsin, on January 20, 2025. One dozen large eggs were $4.17. Many of the egg selections were out of stock. I delivered 3 dozen of my farm eggs to a client for $3/dozen on my way into town. I plan to hold that price for the foreseeable future and not vary by store price. Currently I gather about a dozen eggs a day. My eggs are brown, green, blue and I sell them unwashed so they need not be refrigerated.
