Hope it hurts

Use a warm compress soaked in Epson salt water. Then when you go to relieve it dont mess around get behind it and get it out through the tears, the pain, and the feeling of wanting to wet yourself. I get them once in awhile. Another way is to try to put a bandaid with triple antibiotic when you go to bed. Yes it's in a weird spot, do the best you can. By morning it will either be gone, be ready, or become the size of Texas. Mine usually go away.
