I've read a theory that no one though of, about Fanny being faith at young age and master Raymond sending her back through time. This would explain how fanny and the stillborn have absolutely the same lips and how she knows the song just wouldn't explain the hair because Jamie only turned blonde from old age and fanny should have vivid red hair.
