Bookthreads tell me a little more about The Golem and the Jinny. I’m about a quarter of the way in (200+ pages). I’m not disliking it, but it seems to lack a plot. Everyone I know who has read it loves it. Will a plot emerge or is it just a beautiful meandering tale?
