You can’t tell me that people don’t play games in the workplace. I hear from younger female friends in junior positions that have just started their job, not being told what the procedures are and getting into trouble for not knowing set procedures. Worse still, a lot of people who deliberately set them up to fail are also women. A lot of women are competitive and sneaky in the work place and it’s not talked about enough. (1)
