Focusing on things I can ✨control✨ this year. After a full year of being sick, testing positive for a few bands of Lyme but not enough to be “positive”, I joined the gym and started the uphill battle of tending to my own health. I’m so tired. But we’ve gone consistently, and I’m slowly starting to feel less fatigued each time. Aside from physical benefits, my mental health has also improved and I just feel…better. Choosing healthier foods (most days) and focusing on small steps. It’s a start.
