Number 1 thing I am working on this week, sleep schedule. Since I started working nights it has gotten much worse.
Naturally, my body wants to sleep around 6AM. The past 4 days I’ve allowed myself to sleep from 6-10, a few hours in hopes I would pass out early. So far, hasn’t worked 😂. So today I made myself get out of bed at 8 after trying to sleep at 5.
Been a little rough, but I am excited to get back on track with the early mornings. Much love always 🙏🏼
