Eat clean and often. High protein foods, vegetables, fruits, beans, I used to eat Oatmeal for breakfast everyday to help with my supply. I did light work outs for 20-30 mins. I'm still breastfeeding at 18 months but only for 1 night time feeding. I lost all the weight after a few months.
