Keep grinding even on those days that one does not feel like it. The desired results will show. I had a good Back/Chest workout.
A few lessons gym training is teaching me:
👉 Be Patient. It takes time to build muscle
👉Consistency is key
👉This is my journey. Do not compare my body to other athletes growth
👉Keep it simple by sticking to the plan
