Hi Ana, I've been going to the gym 5 times a week for the past 20+ years. 35 minutes of cardio. 30 minutes of strength training. I've been swimming for 30 minutes, taking baths and saunas, and making a routine of a relatively healthy lifestyle. And I'm excited when I see a picture of you looking very nice, so that's why.
