College is NOT a scam. Studies show those who obtain a 4-year degree can make up to $2.5 million more dollars within their lifetime. If one chooses to get an advanced degree, like a MBA, JD, PhD, or MD, the return on investment is so much higher. Even with student loans elite universities have shown that after they have sent surveys to their alumni they found out that the bulk of millionaires and those with the most assets at their end of their lives have engineering degrees and MBAs.
