It's hard. Very hard when you are in that mode. Take a small nap, wake up, make a cup of coffee and listen to a podcast. That's helped me.

I empathize. I have been randomly bursting into tears and getting emotional over the most little things for two days straight. Things I otherwise would have just bucked up and carried on over.
