記得疫情嗰陣做過一份工,係幫間公司做customer service,主要work from home聽電話。啲full time senior勁恐怖,會抽返你啲電話錄音嚟聽,然後捉字虱,話你唔應該咁樣講,又話要講埋乜乜乜先得,仲要每隔幾日有新update,搞到聽個電話都勁大壓力,有時夜晚發夢都諗起
而家澳洲份工,有時都要聽電話。成個office得我一個唔係喺度土生土長,英文唔係我first language,我成日驚答得唔好被人鬧。點知個白人manager同我講:"Don't worry. Everyone has his own way. Say whatever makes you feel comfortable. Never apologise if you haven't done anything wrong."然後話,就算有crazy customers,佢同公司都會企喺員工嗰邊。
嚟咗澳洲後,喺華人社會由細到大成長嘅陰影創傷都一一被治癒🥲🥹
