I’m in my third year of its activation. It first happened when practicing my walking meditation during which I meditate on oneness. I started to feel a strange energy moving top-down through my spine and a few days later, I started to experience it bottom-up but this time it was accompanied with strong physical symptoms known as kriyas, which cleanse the subtle bodies from everything that doesn’t serve the soul.
