Can we please normalize showing up without being “done up” all the time on social media? As women we have so much value to share. But often times we stop ourselves from sharing because we aren’t “camera ready”. Let’s change the narrative!✨

Especially now that I’m 50 and feeling a little bit in my “feels” about finding grey hairs and wrinkles but worse, way worse; the harsh realization that time went by way too fast and my kids are now 27 & 23 and I’ll never cuddle their little tiny bodies on my lap again. I wish I had paused longer to see their little eyes as they skipped through Disney World or gazed at our Christmas tree.
