Being on here this week made me realize men overwhelmingly think women don’t get actually get paid less than them. Hear me out because this is important- The pay gap isn’t just “we both have the exact same job and qualifications but she makes less simply because she is a woman”. This definitely happens, but it’s rare. The gap is much deeper and more insidious….
