I think she just hated him before (which was understandable before we knew what happened and before he redeemed himself) then is currently just hating him on principle but doesn’t ACTUALLY hate him anymore. But he’s also really powerful with a classified signet and is deadly in the hand to hand category too. So when she touched him and knew the power he carries, she said that. But I don’t think she really hates him anymore.
