People need to go easy on millennials for not planning big events and gatherings - point blank, people are flaky and inconsiderate. Last time I planned a big cookout, 60 people were on the rsvp list. I went to Costco, bought a TON of food, games, rented space in the park, arrived early and set up nearly by myself (a couple of my friends came and helped me when everyone was late).
