9yrs incarcerated, stabbed while in prison, a month after my release I was shot in the back of my neck. I lost my mother and daughter on the same day, stopped associating with a gang a year before they got hit with a R.I.C.O case. Faced a life sentence for homicide and multiple counts of aggravated assault w/ firearm. I can go on and on. But I say that to say this. No matter how screwed up you may think your past is. You still have a purpose. You’re still great, and you still can be used by God.
