The first time I sensed the charm of Peking. During the 2 days of visiting the sightseeing spots, including summer palace & tample of heaven & Alter of earth. I changed my feelings towards Beijing, which was like “everyone is serious, bc it’s near the core power of government” when I first came here. Now I feel more secured and comfortable living there, rather than limitation or chains for normal ppl. :) The roasted sweet potato saved me, eliminating the coldness caused by 7hrs walk outdoors. 🥹
