The Romanian urge to open and see new tech before completing a purchase 😆 This has happened to us twice since we moved to Bucharest. Both times the cashier asked us if we wanted to see the item out of the box. Both times we said no thanks. Both times they still opened it for us lol. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Guess I appreciate the reassurance! 😅

Its not an urge, is a procedure, u must check and see for urself that the product u are about to purchase, has no visible defects and that it meets ur expectations. Its more american naivety, to not want to check that everything is in order with ur product, thats exactly why they ignored your “no” and still open it.
