A man should always know he has to earn an honest wage. I'm not saying you have to be fair all the time; you just have to have a conscious way of living, that which you are fully aware of. If you know it is wrong and yet you are doing it anyway, because in your conscious mind the world is already evil and unfair, you've already lost "consciously". You have a weak mind; you cannot sift through it. And perhaps the world itself is going to take revenge on you.
