Hi friends! Let me introduce a favourite dessert of mine – Bubur Cha Cha. This dish of Nyonya origin, is a creamy, sweet dessert that consists of yam, sweet potato, taro, sago pearls, tapioca jelly, and sugar cooked in pandan-infused coconut milk, it can be enjoyed warm or cold. Most hawkers have their own intepretation of the dessert, this one I had is from Liang Liang Garden Desserts (#02-75) at Tiong Bahru Food Centre. Did you try it while in Singapore? Travel Threads
