RunningThreads , for those of you who are used to running in the cold 🥶, tell me your best running gloves that keep those fingers warm. I have reynauds and I need something new as mine are not doing the trick. I have a new running jacket, and my old one had this built in piece that would flip over my gloves. It wasn’t the warmest, but was better than today without that extra layer over my hands.

13 小時內	Claire Love claire_love43	Montane dart liner gloves and then I use the inov8 wind proof mittens.., the combination works perfectly. I’ve got Reynards and it works well. Also keep the wrist and forearms warm as prevention - if they are cold it can bring it on as well.
