I know everyone loves sharing NDT's "The thing about science is that it's true whether you believe it or not." As an educator who often brings science education to undeserved & even communities where science is under attack, I view this statement as elitist, creating a "you're wrong, I'm right" dynamic. Empathy & communication build up trust and develop the relationships that strengthen communities and shape public discourse. Witty one-liners are not what need pushed right now. ScienceThreads
