one thing that people here seems to forget... planning for the long game. to get and earn higher pay, you need solid background/foundation/experience. you can start low pero once you gain the solid foundation, doors will open up for you you can stay with the higher pay pero is the growth opportunity there ba you need to weigh the pros and cons yourself kasi it all ties up on your goals.

redflag, mapapagod ka lang jan, madame nag o-offer ng HR beginners for more than 20k narin ngayon or atleast 18k, masyadong mababa ang 12k.

12k is just my allowance :( But if you wanted to build your HR skills and experience and salary doesn’t matter for now, I would say grab the HRo position. It would go higher overtime

Dont accept the offer. Just casually apply in other companies until u get a better offer.
