Two prisoners from Gaza preferred to stay in an Israeli prison rather than be released to Gaza as part of a deal. They refused to board the bus that was supposed to take them from Ketziot Prison to Gaza today. Eventually, one of them was persuaded and returned to the Strip, but the other refused and was replaced by another prisoner.
