A Quick Sunday Brunch Bowl.
Mixing Ackee and kimchi together has been a recent go to for me and is simply done by heating the Ackee and kimchi in a pan. I feel like kimchi is already got a great flavour to it and so the need to add anything else to it is optional. Onions, garlic and scotch bonnet will elevate it that bit further.
Served up with boiled pumpkin, fried plantain, salad, hummus and avocado✌🏾
