Why do they call it 'left' and 'right' in politics? I mean 'forward' and 'backwards' seems more apt.

7 小時內	Greg greggysku	That’s just one dimension, the second is liberal/autocrat. Left/right is just economical policy. The mediatic “left and right” means nothing. Most Centre right European parties are left wing in practice for example.
