Not saying therapy from a professional is not valid or important. Sometimes we need that person to guide us through deep issues within. However I’ve noticed giving myself to Christ in deep humility and surrendering what “I think” and seeing things his way has brought a lot of insight and healing to my inner child. This is difficult because you must deny yourself and everything you know, you must surrender pride in order for him to work in you.
