Yea I said that in order to go eat out at restaurant, everyone needs to work as a server for 6 months lol so you would understand than anything less than 20 percent at a restaurant is a slap in the face. But it always depends on service as well. Buffets? 10-15 percent sure 👍

Tipping culture is such a scam. I feel like it’s the employer’s responsibility to ensure their staff is paid fair wages. It shouldn’t fall on customers to make up for low pay. The only situation where I think tipping makes sense is for delivery services, where workers are using their own time and resources to bring something directly to you. Otherwise, businesses need to do better by their employees instead of relying on tips.
