I had this happen to me the other day. A client booked w me, confirmed she was coming and then UNSENT her confirmation msg and didn’t show up. Luckily, she was my last client but i genuinely don’t think there is any way to get over the frustration when that happens😭😭 Some service providers charge their card but i don’t have that system and they usually end up ghosting me when I tell them about the cancellation fee
